Metallic Epoxy Floor Installation

This project features a seamless metallic epoxy flooring system designed to deliver a bold, modern appearance combined with exceptional durability. The floor showcases a dark, flowing marble-like effect that adds depth and movement while maintaining a clean, professional finish suitable for functional spaces.

What We Did

• Concrete Surface Preparation
  Mechanically prepared the concrete substrate by grinding and cleaning to remove contaminants, open the pores, and ensure maximum adhesion. All minor imperfections were addressed to achieve a smooth, level base.

• Epoxy Primer Application
  Applied a penetrating epoxy primer to seal the concrete, reduce moisture transmission, and create a strong bond between the substrate and the epoxy system.

• Metallic Epoxy Base Coat
  Installed a high-build epoxy base layer formulated for strength, waterproofing, and long-term performance. This layer serves as the foundation for the decorative metallic finish.

• Metallic Pigment Design
  Incorporated metallic pigments using controlled techniques to create a natural flowing pattern with depth, contrast, and a unique marble-like movement across the entire floor.

• Protective Clear Topcoat
  Finished the system with a durable clear topcoat to enhance scratch resistance, protect against chemicals and moisture, and provide a smooth, easy-to-maintain surface with a refined sheen.

The final result is a seamless, high-performance metallic epoxy floor that combines durability, moisture resistance, and striking visual appeal—ideal for garages, basements, and utility spaces requiring both strength and modern design.
