This living room renovation transformed the outdated, partially stripped space into a warm, stylish, and contemporary interior with a rich character. • Fireplace Restoration
  Cleaned, repaired, and fully restored the cast-iron fireplace, reviving its historical detail. The mantle and surrounding wall were refinished in a deep charcoal tone to create a dramatic and elegant focal point.

• Feature Wall & Paneling
  Installed vertical fluted wall panels on both sides of the fireplace to add texture, symmetry, and a modern architectural accent, transforming the entire wall composition.

• New Flooring Installation
  Replaced the subfloor and installed warm-toned wood flooring throughout the space, adding richness, durability, and a cohesive foundation for the updated design.

• Wall Repairs & Painting
  Rebuilt damaged sections of the lower wall near the bay windows, refinished the plasterwork, and applied a balanced, modern colour scheme to brighten the room while maintaining depth.
