For this living room remodel, our team transformed a raw, unfinished space into an elegant, modern, and fully furnished interior. The renovation included complete wall finishing, decorative moldings, new flooring, custom furniture installation, updated electrical work, and carefully selected décor to achieve a refined and cohesive look.

Renovation Details

Wall Preparation & Decorative Molding Installation
The bare walls were fully leveled, primed, and painted in a soft neutral tone. We added classic decorative moldings to create structured wall panels, bringing sophistication and depth to the room. All seams, corners, and transitions were meticulously finished for a clean architectural appearance.

Window Finishing & Sill Installation
The unfinished window area received complete trimming and finishing. New window slopes, a clean modern sill, and precise sealing were installed, replacing the rough construction look with polished detailing that enhances natural light.

Custom Media Wall & Built-In Cabinetry
A fully custom media wall was designed and installed. This included tall storage cabinets, open display shelves with accent lighting, and a suspended TV console in a warm wood finish. This addition created a functional focal point and replaced the previously empty wall with stylish storage solutions.

Electrical Upgrades & Lighting Installation
The electrical system was updated with new wiring, outlets, and light points. A modern chandelier with gold accents was mounted to serve as a central design element. The improved lighting plan ensures balanced illumination and highlights both the furnishings and wall details.

New Flooring Installation
The original construction surface was replaced with premium laminate in a warm wood tone. This new flooring adds visual warmth, ensures durability, and ties the entire interior together in a seamless, elegant way.

Shelving, Décor & Furniture Setup
Custom wall shelves were installed near the sofa area for books and decorative pieces. A large comfortable sectional sofa, accent pillows, curtains, a marble-top coffee table, and a textured area rug were added to complete the space. These elements introduced comfort and style, turning the room into a cozy and inviting living area.

Final Touches & Styling
Artwork, framed prints, decorative vases, and accent pieces were carefully placed throughout the room. Thoughtful styling elevated the final appearance, creating a cohesive interior that blends modern functionality with classic architectural detail.
