  Installed large-format neutral tiles on walls and terrazzo-style tiles on the floor to create a consistent, durable, and easy-to-clean surface throughout the space.

• Custom Vanity with Stone Benchtop
  Added a custom vanity featuring fluted cabinetry, soft-close drawers, and a stone benchtop with a vessel basin, providing both storage and everyday practicality.

• LED Backlit Mirror
  Installed a round LED backlit mirror to improve task lighting at the vanity and enhance overall visibility.

• Toilet Installation
  Installed a modern close-coupled toilet positioned to maximise space efficiency and ease of use.

• Updated Plumbing & Electrical
  Completed all necessary plumbing and electrical upgrades to support new fixtures, lighting, and ventilation in compliance with current standards.
