For this bedroom renovation, our team completed a full construction upgrade that transformed the space into a modern, functional, and well-structured living area. The scope of work included demolition, new flooring, wall and ceiling finishing, electrical upgrades, and installation of glass and sliding door systems.

Renovation Details

Full Demolition & Preparation
All existing floor finishes, wall coverings, ceiling elements, and outdated electrical components were removed. Surfaces were fully prepped to meet current construction standards before new installations began.

Wall Repair & Finishing
Walls were leveled using plaster and skim coat, followed by sanding and painting with durable interior-grade paint. All surfaces were finished to achieve clean lines and smooth transitions.

Ceiling Construction & Lighting
The ceiling was rebuilt and finished with integrated recessed lighting. Electrical wiring was upgraded, and new lighting points were installed to provide uniform illumination throughout the room.

New Flooring Installation
The existing flooring was removed and replaced with large-format tile installed over a leveled subfloor. The new flooring offers improved durability, moisture resistance, and a modern appearance.

Glass Partition Installation
A custom interior glass partition with a black metal frame was installed to separate the sleeping area from the adjacent space while maintaining structural integrity and light transmission.

Sliding Door & Balcony Access
A new aluminum-frame sliding glass door system was installed, providing access to the balcony. The installation included proper alignment, insulation, and sealing for long-term performance.

Electrical Upgrades
New electrical wiring was routed, and updated outlets, switches, and lighting controls were installed according to the revised room layout and current electrical codes.

Baseboards, Trim & Final Details
New baseboards and trim elements were installed throughout the room. Final adjustments, cleanup, and quality checks were completed to ensure the space meets project specifications.
