What We Did

• Reconfigured layout to maximize every inch of awkward attic space, adding smart built-in storage and custom cabinetry.

• Installed a large skylight and maximized window light to flood room with natural brightness.

• Added a luxurious free-standing tub, frameless glass shower, and sleek black fixtures for a modern spa feel.

• Used large-format white subway tile and dramatic dark slate flooring for timeless contrast and easy maintenance.

• Built a custom double vanity with a live-edge wood top and bold matte black faucets, paired with round black mirrors and gold sconces.

• Introduced a deep green accent wall with vertical tile for texture and personality.

• Added floating shelves, hanging planters, and warm lighting to create a serene, plant-filled oasis.

The Result
