Renovation Details

Full Demolition & Surface Preparation
All existing finishes and fixtures were removed to allow for a complete upgrade. The subfloor and wall surfaces were prepared to support new tile installation, plumbing components, and modern bathroom fixtures.

Shower Platform, Linear Drain & Waterproofing
A raised shower platform was constructed to properly manage water flow and support the walk-in shower design. A linear drain was installed with precise floor slope, and all shower surfaces were fully waterproofed to ensure long-term protection in wet areas.

Shower Tile & Built-In Shelving
The shower walls were finished with large-format porcelain tile for a clean, seamless appearance. Custom built-in shower shelves were integrated into the tiled walls, providing practical storage while maintaining a streamlined, modern look.

Tile Flooring & Wall Installation
Large-format, marble-look porcelain tile was installed throughout the bathroom on both floors and walls. This durable, water-resistant material enhances the visual continuity of the space and elevates the overall design.

Freestanding Bathtub Installation
A modern freestanding bathtub was installed as a focal element, paired with a wall-mounted tub filler. This feature adds a refined, spa-like atmosphere to the bathroom.

Custom Double Vanity & Countertop
A custom double-sink vanity with modern cabinetry was installed to provide ample storage and everyday functionality. The vanity is topped with a sleek, solid-surface countertop and integrated sinks for a clean, contemporary finish.

Lighting & Electrical Upgrades
The electrical system was updated to support recessed ceiling lights and a large backlit mirror above the vanity. The improved lighting enhances visibility and creates a balanced, inviting ambiance.

Finishing Touches & Fixtures
Final details included the installation of frameless glass shower panels, modern plumbing fixtures, and bathroom accessories, completing a cohesive and polished renovation.
