An Apartment Executed with Precision, Character, and Material Depth

This apartment was completed as a full renovation project, where our role as the contractor was to deliver a carefully coordinated interior defined by strong architectural structure, expressive materials, and precise execution. The project required close attention to detailing, surface quality, and the seamless integration of custom elements throughout the space.

The interior combines clarity of layout with rich material contrasts. Glass partitions, custom cabinetry, and sculptural finishes were executed to create a layered environment that feels cohesive, balanced, and visually engaging across all living areas.

Completed Works and Key Elements

• General Construction and Surface Preparation
  We carried out all preparatory construction works, including surface leveling and finishing of walls and ceilings. Particular attention was paid to clean geometry and accurate junctions to support the architectural intent of the design.

• Spatial Zoning with Glass Partitions
  Custom glass doors and partitions with dark metal frames and ribbed glass panels were installed to define zones while preserving transparency and natural light flow.

• Kitchen and Dining Area Execution
  The kitchen was executed with stone-clad worktops and island, integrated cabinetry, and concealed appliances. All plumbing and electrical installations were completed to ensure both functional efficiency and visual consistency.

• Custom Cabinetry and Storage
  Bespoke storage systems with perforated wood fronts and custom detailing were manufactured and installed. These elements provide functionality while contributing texture and warmth to the interior composition.

• Living Area Fit-Out
  The living space features integrated furniture, shelving, and decorative wall treatments. All elements were aligned with architectural lines to maintain visual order and a cohesive spatial rhythm.

• Bedroom Execution
  The bedroom was completed with custom bed elements, integrated side tables, and textured headboard panels. Finishes were selected and installed to create a calm and refined atmosphere.

• Bathroom Completion
  The bathroom was executed as a clean, sculptural space with continuous surfaces, integrated fixtures, and concealed storage. Waterproofing and sanitary installations were completed with high attention to durability and detailing.

• Lighting and Electrical Works
  A layered lighting scheme was installed, combining decorative fixtures, wall-mounted lighting, and concealed illumination to enhance materials, textures, and architectural features.

• Material Coordination and Craftsmanship
  Stone, wood, glass, metal, and painted surfaces were carefully coordinated and installed in accordance with design specifications. Precision at edges, joints, and transitions ensures long-term quality and a refined finish.
